Upper Body Cardio Workout: Part 2

Upper Body Cardio Workout Before beginning ths exercise routine make sure to warm up & stretch. Do 10-12 repetitions of each exercise. Do about 5 repetitions of each combination. If you are a beginner begin with 1-2 sets and eventually work up to 3. Finish the routine with a cooldwon & stretch.

umm… I would not recommend doing this one video every single day. If you are looking for a plan to follow I would recommend doing this video two days a week, like maybe Monday and Wednesday, and my other video Tuesday & Thursday. If you follow this routine and balance it with a healthy diet you will see results. I would also recommned adding Yoga to your exercise routine.
You also want to add variety to your workouts so you may do my videos one week and something different the next week.
so doing all of this everyday will really show results?
