The BEST LOWER ABS Exercise

The secret in performing this movement correctly is the rotation of the hips and a distinct pause at the top of each repetition. Your abs contract on a continuum of graduated activation, in this case, from lower to upper. @infinityali Cardio is short for Cardio Vascular, which is exercise that raises your heart rate and breathing, therefore increasing blood flow to your muscles.

Just to let you guys know. Ab workouts are important for back health, but not for getting a 6 pack. Eating well and doing a lot of cardio will reveal your abs by removing the fat that hide them. That is how you get a 6 pack. Ab workouts are not useless! They are important for core strength and they help prevent injury.
@nedjojod8 No, running will remove that body fat to reveal your lower abs. Ab workouts don’t give you a 6 pack.
@jsaca5519 yea it is good fr ur upper abs, but honestly, u work out ur upper abs if u simply brace them as u work out (any muscle) that’s why many people have a ’2 pack’ because they actually don’t target their abs as a proper muscle such as a bicep/tricep/back (any muscle) and so it’s better to just focus (not solely of course!) on your lower abs with your ab workouts.
@OHHYESSAHH well i mean they arent using that stupid equipment, it isnt their primary ab exercise so yes they have somewhat of a six pack. but i see mostly runners doing it. personally i dont do it, but the times i have, i can feel it working the upper ab section. but thanks for the heads up about it hurting ur lower back…
