    i have abs from a pipe… pipes work the best, just hold on with ur hands so ur feet rnt touching the ground and lift ur legs forward and sideways…

    I don’t know if baby food helps and im definitely no expert, but i do know that if you want to build muscles, you need to have sufficient protein in your diet. So that comes from meats but it could also come from legumes/vegetables such as peas, beans, rice, peanut butter, tofu, etc. Additionally, dairy products such as eggs, milk, and yogurt are also helpful. I would try to keep the fat minimal in the meats and also the dairy products. Hope this helps.
