im jealous i wish was ur weight same height though im 120 lbs.if its not flabby i doubt you got to lose it.just tone that area.it depends on what size you are and the bone structure and frame ect.u probably just have to gain muscle or something but u sound healthy but again i cant tell since i havent seen you and im not a doc either.

Use this for 15mins a day to build accuracy, speed, desterity and strength of fingers… this is a linear exercise, and though relatively useless in soloing, it provides a foundation for later development

This video demonstrate the exercise I do three time a day to decompress my spine. The seesawing exercise is to warm up the body for the vertical hold position. In the vertical hold position, I focus on the breathing and relaxation of my spine. After I stay in the vertical hold position for about a minute, I go into the trunk twisting to stretch the back muscle; followed by a few stomach crunch to strengthen the abs.
