Another good loss this week – most likely due to a shake up in my regular exercise routine. Also, my honest thoughts about carbs and whether or not the “high protein, low carb” system always applies – whatever happened to the good old food pyramid style of eating? Since when did “moderation” give way to “deprivation”?
